2. Sample Policy & Timelines
Physical pre-production samples can be produced upon request and digital approval of mockups. Sample production lead times average 10–14 business days. Sample costs are creditable toward full production orders upon confirmation.
3. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)
Standard minimum order quantity is 300 units per SKU. Select specialty lines (such as 5-piece luxury leather presentation sets) are subject to an MOQ of 500 units. Custom tiered pricing is available for large-volume franchise orders.
